Cedar Springs is located at 710 W Ustick Rd in Meridian Idaho. Garbanzo's is famous for the vast variety of pizza's they serve as well as a multitude of delicious sandwiches. Location, Location, Location.

Where you put your business is one of the most critical decisions you will make. The commercial properties along the Eagle Road corridor have demanded premium lease rates exceeding $18.00 per square foot for a long time now, but is this really a "premium" location? After recent closings of GI Joe's, The Idaho Steak house and Iggy's all located near the intersection of Ustick road and Eagle road, many business are rethinking their location strategy. The speed limit along Eagle road may be one factor that many business owners don't think about. Cars are whizzing by at 55 miles per hour and even if they see your business signage, they're past your building before they can decide to stop or not. Shake & Take Burgers thought about this before hand and had their business placed in the Cedar Springs Retail Center which is located just 3 miles west of Eagle road on Ustick Road. Their business is booming! Why? We believe there are several reasons: 1) The speed limit on Ustick road is 40 miles per hour and cars usually travel slower as the street is limited to two-way traffic directly in front of the businesses in Cedar Springs where 2) The Fast Eddy's car wash and gas station get an endless stream of business. 3) Sawtooth Middle school is just around the corner on Linder and 4) Settler's park, one of the largest and most visited parks in Meridian is within shouting distance. 5) Lack of competition is another big reason businesses are attracted to Cedar Springs. Garbonzo's pizza did their homework and will be opening their 4th restaurant this week in Cedar Springs. Why Cedar Springs and not Eagle road? It really does seem to boil down to "Location, location, location!"
